For New Students in General
Montfort School – CBSE
Montfort School, established in June 2014, by the Society of the Montfort Brothers of St. Gabriel, which is an international religious society in the Catholic Church. The Institution is owned and managed by the Society, which comes under the category of Christian Religious Minority Institutions established and administered within the scope and ambit of the safeguards of Articles 29 & 30 of the Indian Constitution.
The School Community
Montfort School is a “Teaching-learning” community of interpersonal relationships and inter-dependence. The management, the Staff, the students and the parents constitute the School Community. The interaction among these agents forms part of the education process of the Institution.
Academic Information
- School Pattern: The school provides education for boys and girls from Nursery to Class X and follows the CBSE pattern.
- Working Days / Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 08:15 A.M. to 04:30 P.M.
- Saturday: 08:15 A.M. to 03:30 P.M.
Admissions
- Admissions for Nursery, LPP and UPP are generally open in November / December. For classes 1st to 8th, admissions are open in February, subject to seat availability and merit.
- Special consideration is given to talented students in Sports, Games, Cultural and Literary activities, and to Catholic children, as the school is a Catholic Institution.
- For the information of the public, a vacancy chart will be displayed on the school Bulletin Board or website (i.e. by the end of February).
- Parents can register through this link by filling up the details while paying attention to the spellings and dates.
- Admission is finalized after due processing and payment of the prescribed fees, which once paid is not refundable. The selection committee has final authority either to select or reject an admission.
