Certificates

Montfort School CBSE, Kazipet issues various certificates to students as per requirement. Parents and students may apply for the following certificates through the school office.

Transfer Certificate (TC)

Issued when a student is leaving the school to join another institution. A written application from the parent/guardian is required. All dues must be cleared and no-objection clearance obtained before the Transfer Certificate is issued.

Conduct Certificate

Issued on request for students who need a record of conduct and behaviour. Application may be submitted through the class teacher or school office.

Bonafide Certificate

Certifies that the student is a bonafide student of the school. Required for various purposes including scholarships, concessions, or other official use. Apply at the school office with the student’s details and purpose.

How to Apply

• Submit a written application from the parent/guardian stating the type of certificate required and the purpose.
• Clear any pending fees or dues before applying for a Transfer Certificate.
• Allow reasonable time for processing. For urgent requests, contact the school office in advance.
• Collect the certificate from the office on the notified date, or as per the school’s procedure.
